After four and a half hours of waiting, my server is still not working. How long does it take to set up a server? The wiki offers no advice or solutions for a situation like this.

I've followed these steps and it says its online on my Ui. Its still not working.

If you are still having this issue you have a couple of options.
If it is a new server, try a reinstall.
Otherwise please contact Nitrado Support to further investigate.
