My problem solved.
I deactivate my server for 4 hours, now activate and work.

Mine is now just updating, Why does it take so long for some servers to updates. Its like first get server wont work takes days to get response and fixed. half the updates for me took up to 8 hours and then server wont start then takes several day for them to fix. My server been offline most of the time i'm able to play. Every update happen when the only time i have to play. I don't understand how they can charge for 30 day service and half of that time it's down
I think the speed of server updates depends on where your server is located. My server is usually back up within 2-4 hours on NA East.

instead of sending in a ticket why dont you all just phone them on skype far quicker and it is a quick fix for them

Is that 24/7 or only during certain times.
I'm also NA east and it usually takes between 3 to 8 hours for mine.

My server is still going through a loops of restart/shutdown, when I check the web interface its still shows as version 1.2.29988 (29988) so the patch hasnt been applied. Its now been stuck in the same loops for over 12 hours. My server is hosted in Sydney

Thanks for the info. Yea the hours to be able to call are also like normal business hours and which are also normal working hours for people. Because of work i really don't have the option to call.

Been trying to restart my server since yesterday. Its starts like its gonna run then auto stops itself saying updating and still have the same issue.

Same here somehow the server is stuck in an older version of the game and no clue how update it. I tried stop the server, start it again, restart and nothing, also i tried reinstalling, change location, restore a backup but nothing.

All you can do is summit a support ticket and wait. You may have to wait a few days, mine took 4 days for them to fix. I would hope being backup on support tickets all this time they would be working on improving there support.
