Just got a dedicated server for the Astroneer game. I thought I would be really easy to join, but it has been frustrating me for the last hour.
I'm trying to connect via the XBox. It says all it needs is the IP and nickname, however when I enter that info it says the server is offline and I cannot join a game.
Does anyone know how I actually connect to this game? Do I have to do something to bring this game/server online?
I really appreciate any help

When adding the server make sure you use the ip/port off the web interface. If you do not include the port it will say offline. Its along these line
111.111.111.111:11111
Once you connect you will load into the planet it will go back to the home screen and you then hit launch. Hopefully this helps
Having the same issue - my server URL is listed as 134.255.214.86:39000 but it will simply not start on the Nitrado side.
My Nitrado profile/account HAS been verified via the email link.
Both the web URL for the server and the mobile app keep saying theyre restarting the server... perpetually.
