server install has been going for 5+

i purchased a server and it curently says that server is installing but every thing i can find says this should only take 5-10 mins but mine has been goig for 5+ hours. i dont know what to do and would apreciate any and all help. thank you.

I'm sorry that this issue is happening. I would suggest submitting a ticket right away or give them a call during the open phone hours. It seems to be hung on the install. The 10 minutes is correct for installing usually.

Also your rental timer doesn't start until the server is fully installed so you aren't loosing any time.
