Ok seriously 20+ minutes of waiting for the server to accessible in game now

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

    Are all dedicated server hosting sites as trash as this or what? Seriously. Why is it taking 15+ minutes for the server that was just restarted and is stated to be "running" not showing up in game resulting in my players having to sit on their hands while your hampster fed machines try to restart -_-

    Are you using Steam? Console?


    If you are relying on the in-game list to show your server, that can be an issue. It takes time for your game to re-register in the Ark servers as "online". You may even be online and not be able to tell from their list. If I recall right, the in game list only shows a small percentage of the some 25k + servers that are out there right now.
