I got one of my servers fixed by nitrado, it now boots and runs (he moved hardware), it will boot but minutes later goes back to saying no game server for hosting
I Called Nitrado support direct. They can see my trouble ticket. They see the issue but Donkey Crew (Last Oasis) devs have not released tools to Level 1 tech support to assist customers with these issues. My ticket has been elevated to Level 2 and I was told that I would receive a response in 1 hour.

Btw, my servers have never taken more than 2 minutes to start after a proper update
Some others said there server starts right up also, so i put a ticket in. Mine also crashes several time a day resetting my crafting stations and losing resources.

Приобрел долгожданную возможность играть без людей на своем сервера и в итоге получил абсолютно нечего, разве что возможность лицезреть по началу запущенный сервер и отсутствие возможности зайти на него, а после после обновления в 140кб перезагрузку сервака длиною в жизнь )
В целом давным давно я ушел из игры из за того, что игра была кривая

I finally reached them I was told that there have been so many issues with the last patch trashing private servers that have been elevated to Level 2 support that they are swamped with issues and could not provide an ETA as to when the server might get back up. Nice job DC.
I did inquire about a refund and they were not adverse to my request. I will give them a bit more time. I made it clear that another 5 or more hours was not going to be acceptable.
It was also noted that prior to and following the hardware move that the game was eating 100% of the available memory on their servers, and this is occurring everywhere.
I had my server being hosted in the New York data center, I used the web gui to move it to the Los Angeles data center. I quickly deleted my New York instance(doesn't happen for a few days), was able to reuse my User Identifier/Game server registration key on the new instance(have to do this fairly quickly). And my new server came up fine with an updated version, and no game/player data lost. As I believe all the actual game data is being stored on DC's servers and not Nitrado's.

Guys.... first of all, if your server is stuck in "restarting" when prompted "force Start" it. This has worked both times I was stuck restarting. Side note, The wonky stuff going on is hardly the server management people or problem. This is entirely Donkey Crew working Kinks out.... you all notice how we had 5 days access BEFORE the community server patch was released.... soooo I would say calm your Teets. Cheers!

Mine was solved by restarting server. That got it stuck at restart for 20 min, a popup came saying it was stuck and to force start or force stop server. I hit force start and it worked after 5-10 min of waiting.
Well i was in the middle of playing when my server kicked me again, i though it crashed again. Here they finally replied to my ticket after 2 days and 5 hour saying they moved my hardware. Didn't ask, just did it. I though ok finally i get to play without it crashing several times a day. Nope it won't start up at all just says restarting for 10 minutes then goes right back to stop. I hope i don't have to wait another 2 days before they do something again.
You might, i have had this happen to me as well after a move, click on the reinstall button to bottom left in web interface, this will wipe your server configuration, and start the server, you then need to name your server and add your key back and click save, when u click save it will reboot server, might work.
You do not lose any map or character data, even though it says it will all be wiped, the data is handled by donkey crew
