Inquiry wrong password

Hi,

I'm having an issue with logging onto my main account, I had to make a new account to log on the website, since the main one wouldn't accept my password, even when i changed it it would say wrong password over and over , got i locked twice, I only got the account a 1-2 days ago when i preordered a Last Oasis server, wanted to log on the website today to see if it was patched here too but it kept giving me the wrong password. Any help with this? or at least how long do I have to wait to change the password AGAIN ??

I mention above that i did change password (did not mention that it was via reset) and even that didn't work now idk what else to do, i changed it to something simple so there wouldn't be any mistakes to it and still kept saying it was wrong one ...

From what i've hear on the LO discord it takes Nitrado 6-7 days to get a reply on things...

Any idea on how long do I wait until i can do another password recovery? this time i will have to use the simplest of simple thing to see if it's just me being dumb or the webpage genuinely hates me?

Can't access the nitrado dashboard to update the server even so far today's turning into a real mess since morning

No i mean I already used it once earlier today (about 2h ago) , and now it says to wait some time to avoid abuse, but it's not telling me how long it'll take

okay that i've yet to try, i will give it a go and get back here in a bit...and nope : same thing password not valid ._. and requesting a password says to wait some time
