i purchased a server over 24 hours ago. and they cant fullfill my order i have requested a refund how long will this take

the refund has gone on the account now i need to get it back into my bank how do i do this
Thats also something only the support can do. Refunding the money to your bank account or whatever other payment mehod you have used may also lead to closing your account. As already mentioned, this is something only the support can tell you. (too many variables)
If I remember correct, the only form of refund is money back to Nitrado Account, no bank refund, but I'm no supporter, it's just what I remember I was told.
