I'm sorry your server is having issues. Have you made any recent changes or adding any mods recently? These things can sometimes cause crashes. Also check your log files to see if you're getting any crash errors.
you can try removing mods if you have any on to see if this corrects the issue. If you're getting crash errors I would submit a support ticket and have support take a look at whats causing the errors.
