Mine still says restarting - reinstalled 3 times now - how long does it take to restart normally?

If the reinstall didnt work the first time, contact support theres something on the back end that needs fixed.

over 12 hours waiting on restarting...... nothing happening.!!

you can wait 12 days and it wont come up, support moved my server to a new IP and it came right up, but I still cant play on it because it wont list on the server list or by IP so now Im waiting for level 2 support.
