I made a support ticket 5 hours ago for the same problem and still not fix...

Tickets are worked in the order in which they are received. Typically tickets are picked up within 24hrs.

Also when a ticket was submitted you should have seen the following message:

I have the exact same issue has been going on for last several hours. i dont want to lose my server's data. I submitted a ticket but if they dont respond in next few days my server will be out of runtime. i need to ensure all my data is safe before i can renew and if it runs out of runtime i usually have issues restoring data.

Filed a ticket for this same problem 2 days ago. My server is still stuck and no reply other than automated reply yet.

Coming from experience, ticket response is super slow. I have had faster results by attempting to call them direct over and over till they answer. (after the 30 mins or so on hold to get hung up on) I have the same issue. are you guys loading the new S+ update? that caused two of my 4 Nitrado servers to hang. Only way to get them to start was to run them vanilla. I am currently working through this problem and if I get any results I will share them.

This category is Console, so no they are not running the mod. Unrelated.
