Hello so I've rented servers in the past and just 4 days agao rented another Ark server. Everyone has been able to find and play on the server just fine up until yesterday. For nearly 24h now, nobody has been able to find and play on my server. The Nitrado app has said it's up and running. I've tried restarting it several times, tries stopping and starting it, I've tried changing the server name and adding a password. Nothing I do seems to fix this issue and it's getting quite frustrating for myself and everyone waiting to play my server. Please help!

You can try applying a backup to the last time you knew it was up and running. If this doesnt work you can also submit a support ticket and have support take a look at it as well.
I restarted it so many times now that I wouldnt know when it was working and I submitted a ticket 2 days ago now.
I know it is a little late:
in my case it was the port.
Maybe because of an Nitrado internal server switch, my server got the same IP but not Port 27015 anymore.
it know has 38000.
In Steam I had to add a new server entry with IP:38001 and then the server shows up in list again.
So maybe check the port.
This is for Xbox, so not part of Steam. Nice suggestion though Curlz.
And yes, IPs and ports can and will change at times.
