I have made a new cluster id this has not helped solve this issue.
Last 2 days everyone in my server they transfer to a different map and loose thier characters. They go back to the previous map and they cant download thier characters. Characters are just deleted and they never get them back.
Is there anyone else having this issue? Have you found a fix?
