If someone who does have the Tek Teleporter unlocked (and it has public teleportation enabled) activates it, can someone who doesn't have it unlocked use it by themselves?
Even as a sort of teleporter piggy-back if the high level player activates it? Or will the low level player be left standing there after the high level dissapears?
