Paid for a pre-ordered LO server. Checked account, and it is now gone and no refund. Filed a support ticket and waiting on reply. But, main questions I have at the moment is why no contact before it was deleted, and why no refund, since I am sure Nitrado knew the service had not been setup.

Unfortunately Moderators have no access to accounts or servers therefor unable to further investigate. You reaching out to Nitrado Support was the best and recommended thing to do.

Same. Very poor roll out. This is my first experience with Nitado as a provider, and I am so far not very impressed. Granted this is a Pre-Release game and service from a small studio,but still.. IMNSHO don't provide a service you cannot support...

Same problem. My server time is down to 26 days. I sent a ticket to Nitrado and they replied today that they couldn't help me? If that's the case, why would anyone want to get a server with them?
