New server stuck restarting.. please help

I ordered the server over an hour ago and it is still in "restarting"

It does not have the option to force stop.

Every time I click on submit ticket it bounces me back to the knowledge base.

If I can get tech support that would be great.

Try a reinstall if for stop is not appearing. Otherwise you will need to contact Support. That link bounce is normal as it wants to triage your question. But scroll down and you will see a generic ticket submission. Also the link when redirects, scroll down for Skype call in info.

Tried to reinstall and it told me to wait until the current restart is completed.

I also tried getting to submit a ticket. Every time I click submit ticket it takes me back to the same screen. I never get to submit a ticket.

if someone can post a direct link to it that would be cool

is there any other way to do a force stop ?

Force stop should appear after ~15m. But sometimes it does not. No way you can force it. If it is still on install, you do have to wait on that.

Could be the location you selected. You could try a new location.

Hey one of my server is stuck restarting and a lot of my players are sending me messages please help me fix it so these people can enjoy themselves

I did as you asked and it still saying that the server can’t start or stop I’m super upset cause I understand that it said it would lose everything but for it to no work anyways that’s super aggravating
