Server Restarting - completely stuck!

Changed maps from Extinction to Ragnarok, all went smooth. Turned the server off to preserve everything. Server is now stuck on 'Restarting' with no option to force stop or change anything. Anyone have any fixes?

Hello.

I'm sorry this is happening to you but unfortunately as mods we aren't able to see your server information. Have you looked on the server list to see if the server is showing up?

I'd give it a little while see if it restarts and how long has it been stuck In the restarting loop? If the problem still stays I would submit a support ticket for them to take a look at it.

Cheers for the reply, server isn't showing on ARK at all and it's been stuck in this restart loop for about 6 hours now that I know of. I've submitted a ticket a few hours ago but I've seen no response yet and I've tried to contact via Skype but there's no answer there either. At a loss for what to do honestly.

If you go back to the WebGUI, "Force shutdown" will eventually appear (~15m). Not sure if the app does the same.

Okay so I'm usually an App user so I'll wait on the we page and where it says "Server is restarting" I just wait and hit the force shutdown when it appears?

Yes, force will appears. May have to do a refresh of page.
