Extended my server a couple days ago after not playing for a while, it immediately went into a restart loop not able to force start or stop, I opened a support ticket but it has still had no response after over 36 hours.

I do apologize sometimes tickets can take a little longer to be answered depending on the amount in the system. They usually get answered within 24 hours.

Hello, two of the servers that i pay for are stuck in this restart loop. I waited for 24 hours and the issue is still happening. I have also tried using the support ticket however it wont load for me. I understand that atm there is alot happening and i am happy to be patient. Please and thank you. The servers are my genesis and aberration servers.

If your servers are still stuck on restarting you will have to either submit a support ticket , contact through Skype or call during the open hours. We are not able to access your servers or accounts as moderators. The link for support is located on my previous post above.

Is this on Xbox or Windows 10? I ask as I have seen a number of these "I brought a server several days ago and it's still not working" threads, which seem to indicate either Xbox or Windows. I am considering getting a second server on Xbox (my current one is on PS4), but I am vary reluctant to do so due to these recent reports.

XBOX is what my issue is. It got resolved after 3 days with no reply to my ticket I sent in or direct help in forums. Their customer service is a little dodgy from my experience.
