Have you tried using program like WinScp or FileZilla, It works better comparing to File browser

FTP issues are really client side. But as advised above, contact Support for further investigation in case it is account or server specific.

Moderators have no access to servers or account.

We do recommend FileZilla.

I am sure you know how to use it, but it has additional links for file and config settings. Also others read this post and may find it helpful.

You will need to continue to wait for Support to respond to the ticket. They are worked in the order in which they are received.
