Stuck in Restart Loop

One of my rented servers is stuck in a restart loop, I tried upgrading/downgrading to see if it would fix itself but didn't work

What did you upgrade/downgrade? If you changed it to less than 10 ports it will not come up. minimum 10 is required.

If you have 10 ports selected the server could have changed Hardware. See if the IP/Name is the same as before and a green dot.

It can take a while to update. Give it 30minutes.

I had it at 14 and upgraded to 16

After a few minutes a 'force stop' should appear. Click on it. Wait. Then restart.

If this did not appear or forcestop did not resolve your issue, please submit a ticket to Nitrado Support for further investigation.
