whenever i change my server settings it restarts the server, but then it never finishes restarting and i am forced to force stop and reinstall the server, I
feel like i wasted my money
changing server settings causes server to never load

Hello.
I'm sorry this is happening to you. This definitely should not be happening. Unfortunately us at mods on the forum we are not able to access your server. I think the best course of action right now would be to submit a support ticket and explain to them exactly what's going on. Please be patient when submitting a ticket they are answered in the order they're received.

Please keep me updated on what they say. I'm sure they will get it squared away for you. Definitely don't like to see a customer unhappy. if theres anything you need help with once the server is running smooth dont hesitate to jump on and ask us.

Since you are a fairly new customer, post made 4 hours ago and your account being 4 hours old, I have to ask. Are you shutting down your server and waiting the recommended 5min before making changes and saving before bringing your server back up?

Wanted to ask you what the changes are that you're making as well. Are they just simple changes to the interface? or are they changes made in expert mode?

i haven't ben waiting 5 mins but i am not doing things in expert mode
there were some times i only changed the server name and passwords and it still didn't work
now the server will not even load the first time after i reinstall
It definitely sounds like something isnt right. Have you submitted a support ticket for it yet?
