I purchased a server a few days ago and it isn't showing up in the game list. I've been restarting and I reset the server to default but nothing has been working.

Let's see if we can get you figured out here.
Can you confirm that the server is a PS4 server and not a PC server?
Also please make sure you have the correct map selected, whether its pve/pvp and also make sure of you have it password protected that you have that option checked off on the server listing.

It is for ps4 and I have it on PVP Ragnarok with no password. I just tried to restart it and now it is not restarting. it just keeps going. when I search for it on the playstation, I look for all maps and PvE/PvP
