    Tickets are worked on in the order in which they are received. It is all dependent on Infrastructure, Outages, Game updates. Most of the time, yes. But it may take a bit longer depending on the situation at the moment.

    As for the extension question, please submit a ticket to Nitrado Support/Billing as they are the ones that can address that. I am not as I do not have access to your account.
