I just recently began playing PixArk for Xbox, and everytime I try joining my rented server I get a message saying Joining Failed Could not retrieve address. I have tried shutting down and restarting server and restarting the game on my Xbox but nothing is working. Getting really annoyed with this 
Any help is appreciated

I'm sorry you're getting this error. If this a brand new server I would try to do a fresh install and see if this corrects the issue. If it doesn't I would submit a support ticket right away and have support take a look at for you.

having the same issue here. Recently swapped from ark to pixark and getting same error when trying to join have tried restarting and doing a fresh install of game on server.
