My web interface doesnt work

My web interface doesnt work and it keeps saying hostsystem not ready or offline, please try again later. that was at 3:30 this morning, it is now 11:30 and i tried to call customer support but it says the number isnt in service, ive checked the number 4 times over or more and i know its right. please respond back as soon as possible. i dont want to lose everything i bought 3 days ago

i tried it on firefox and on microsoft edge and it says the same thing, I already created a ticket and there hasnt been a response

im starting to think that the server got shutoff along with the support number so they can take the money and run, i expect a refund of somekind or a free service extension
