I've had a genesis map running, and I've just realised there are salt nodes, and you can get sulfur, so can theoretically make preserving salt. Except all scorched earth engrams are locked, as well as every other dlc engrams. I only have genesis engrams and the island engrams. How do I enable these other engrams? And why is it disabled be default? Kind of silly.

That is how the game was designed. Each DLC had its own set of engrams depending on which map you were on. I added the code below to put in custom game ini at the bottom of the engine settings tab
bAutoUnlockAllEngrams=true

Weird, I wonder why they have salt then, it's got literally no other use that I'm aware of, probably to do with primitive +. Thank you for the code.

When you have only one server is the problem you can't learn from other dlcs.
Only you can make setting on engine and make settings from dlcs. To learn.
