Player slots broke my server?

Hello there! i upgraded my server slots on Ark Xbox today and now the server wont work? i can start it, stop it and restart it but it will not show up. It doesn't even show my player count. Nobody can find the server. I have looked everywhere for a solution and even contacted support. Its been almost 12 hours and yet the server still wont show up does anyone know a fix to this issue? TY in advance.

Im.sorry this is happening. When you say you've contacted support did you call them or did you send in a support ticket? If you sent in a support ticket please allow them time to get to it. The tickets are worked on in the order they're received.

I believe i have found a fix. I had to reinstall the whole server. i lost everything but i saved my game ini and user settings before doing so.

you should be run a server backup and restore what you lost. I'm glad you got it figured out. Reinstalling it was going to be a suggestion I just wanted to see about how you contacted support.
