I have a little question. I would like to modify my server profiles files on FTP directly with Filezilla software. My problem is that there is no file on the FTP. How to access my server profile with Filezilla?

You are asking a Filezilla config question I believe.
You create each connection in Filezilla with your Nitrado login, pass, and port. You can then go in your filezilla and backup the profile config of your filezilla. I would recommend for each connection you set up, rename it.

As far as i know, you can only access the mods folder. Nitrado can not grant you more access. (according to the german wiki)
If you want to modify a specific file, please contact nitrado, they might be able to make this file available.

The support Nitrado ma refused access. Only mods can be added. So for any modification it is impossible. I'm disappointed
