Server Stuck in endless restart loop

I would recommend to do a forceshutdown, then a reinstall. See if that works.

If that fails, you will need to contact Nitrado Support either by calling them or creating a ticket as they are the only ones that can address this.

Have tried force stop, and 3x reinstalls with no luck, put a ticket in yesterday but still waiting for response

Well I have this exact problem now as well. Curious how log it will take support to respond to the ticket, anyone who had experience with this have an estimate?

Tickets are answered in the order they're received. It could be a little slower today. There was some issues with some servers lastnight on the Ark side. They could have a lot more tickets than they normally do. They will get to it just have to be a little patient today.

Well, that doesnt bode well, as people have been waiting days before!

called skype support and they say they are looking into it but been a day and not fixed
