  • 2 things which could be the problem:

    - it is currently not available in your region.

    - you have rented the wrong (publicserver basic) server. ARK PS4 will only run on a Publicserver.


    For the first option, please contact the support and explain your problem. For the second one, you can upgrade your server trough the webinterface on your own.

    There is no other way than a Publicserver, you can not run ARK PS4 on a Publicserver. If you did purchase the Publicserver Basic, you have to upgrade (which will cost money) to the more expensive Publicserver. (You never said which servertype you rented, so i just don't know what the problem is)


    But if it is still the other idea i mentioned above (game currently not available in your region) you have to contact the support.
