    The stats are working, but I am not getting The engram points or in game case Skill points.

    Here is how it looks in server configuration after its installed:

    "OverrideShooterGameModeDefaultGameIni":{"PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[0]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[1]":"10","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[7]":"100","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[10]":"10","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_Player[11]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[0]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[1]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[3]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[4]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[7]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoTamed[8]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoWild[0]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoWild[1]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoWild[3]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoWild[4]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoWild[7]":"5","PerLevelStatsMultiplier_DinoWild[8]":"5","OverridePlayerLevelSkillPoints":"16"},

    This is how it looks after installed and redownloaded. The OverridePlayerLevelSkillPoints, should be engramspoints, was trying to trouble shoot, but why is the engram override only appearing once in the configuration?

  • Only thing I can think of is you need to double check your initial coding before you try to upload it. I had 1 extra comma at the end of my player engrams per level, which made it not work.

    That all being said, My stats per level are working, but the engrams points still are not working, and I keep getting the run around between nitrado and grapeshot.

  • Hey Guys,

    I'm currently working on the same issue and what I've come to find is that in order the "OverridePlayerLevelEngramPoints" to function properly both "LevelExperienceRampOverrides" arrays (the first being for the Player and the second being for Tames/Ships) need to be included in the config ini {}.

    The issue that I've run into is without access to the game.ini and gus.ini files directly while hosting for Xbox, like we can with Ark, we're forced to communicate everything through .json. While I understand that .json is the easiest route to communicate these changes simply due to its low weight, the limitations of .json itself are preventing us from being able to insert the setting changes in the config ini {} in a format that is accepted by .json, the map editor, and Nitrado.

    ex

    Code
    1. "OverrideShooterGameModeDefaultGameIni":{
    2. "LevelExperienceRampOverrides":"(ExperiencePointsForLevel[0]:10,ExperiencePointsForLevel[1]:20)",
    3. "LevelExperienceRampOverrides":"(ExperiencePointsForLevel[0]:10,ExperiencePointsForLevel[1]:20)",
    4. "OverrideMaxExperiencePointsPlayer":"20",
    5. "OverrideMaxExperiencePointsDino":"20",
    6. "OverridePlayerLevelEngramPoints":"8"
    7. }

    The above code is how the settings need to be input for them to be affective, the only issue is that .json flags an error for the "Identical Items."

    I've tried many work-arounds for this; Nested Arrays, 2d arrays, - Nothing seems to work.

    If anyone has a magical "Easy-Button" for this PLEASE englighten me.

    --Back to the OP's issue--

    Because the override array needs both ramps and both maxexp overrides for the OverridePlayerLevelEngramPoints to work correctly, you are now in the same boat I am. :S

    Hope this helps!

  • Im having the same problem i wish someone could figure this out. I'm playing on steam but all my buddy's play on Xbox so I need to have a Xbox Atlas server which only gives you like a 1/4 of the customization that Ark does which I don't understand why you can access the ini with Ark but cant with Atlas when its literally the same exact code. I added my .json which i got to take using notepad++ and i uploaded it to the server but it still doesn't recognize the LevelExpericeRampOverrides, OverrideMaxExperiencePointsPlayer, or OverriddePlayerLevelEngramPoints. All the per level stat multipliers work.

  • Adding myself to this thread... same issue.

    https://wiki.nitrado.net/en/ad…hrough_json#example_codes

    Followed these instructions to the letter, made sure all lines end with comma except for the final line.

    I confirm that the StatMultipliers work fine, the OverridEngram not, unsure of the LevelOverride as I have not gotten to max level yet (50 something?).

    It DOES seem to be an issue with the duplicate entries that JSON does not appear to handle.

    There also appears to be an extraneous comma at the end of the LevelOverride ... :359388,)" should probably be :359388)"

    Do you also need to update the MaxExperiencePoints? Seems like you would...

    People have mentioned a "File Browser" under the Tools in the Nitrado Atlas portal (same as ARK has).

    I have found a number of articles referencing using that to edit the ini files and even a screenshot that shows that feature used to exist, perhaps a year ago. It appears that access has been removed.
