Hi, I've been having issues since I paid my server yesterday. First of all my server won't ever shut down even if I force the shut down and it says my server is off, if I try to access it on my minecraft client I'm still able to acces to my server even tho it says it's off.
Also in order to upload Minecraft mods I need to use Filezilla but I'm not able to do this because I don't have FTP credentials, were they're supposed to be I only have a message that says "There is no FTP access available for the game "Minecraft (Modpack)".
I don't have FTP credentials and my server won't shut down.
