Admin commands not working with item spawns

So I have had this issue since two updates ago. I can spawn in dinos with no problems but when I try to spawn in any items the command bar stays blank and doesn't allow me to hit accept. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Change any of the items off of number one and see it if it works.

AdminCheat GFI WeaponRocketLauncher 1 0 0

(1 is broken)

AdminCheat GFI WeaponRocketLauncher 2 0 0

( try using 2 and let me know if it works )

You will just spawn in two launchers instead of one

I use the sa companion app for the item codes and dino codes, I tried typing the code in manually but the bar just goes blank still.

Yes I use that as well. Try changing the code like I did above before you enter to see if it works.
