it should not lag, did you compare with other servers to ensure it's not your internet latency issue, have you tried restarting the sever

Yes, I have tested my ping. Generally, it does fine. But I'm wondering if anyone has removed any spawn items that they don't use to improve lag and improve gameplay.
personally my self didn't remove any spawn point, works fine on 70 slot high pop server
That shouldn't make any difference. If the server needs more it will allow more in the sense of resources.
it will use less ram but if it calls for more it will allocate it as needed.
Main reason for lags is single core CPU clock speed.
Maybe there are different systems at Nitrados server farm.
The higher the better for Dayz.
RAM is dynamically given by Nitrado, so don’t worry about RAM.
Solution for lag and rubberband improvement: more CPU single core clock speed.
Bugs, errors in log files and glitches are business as usual in DayZ (imho)
