i am having the same issue.
i am a new renter (been renting for 6 days yet) so i don't have many player on my server.
i tried restarting it few time, tried looking at server logs but no dice.
i am also hosting trough the New York data center
looking on Ark server List, my server is there but with 9999 ping and each time i'm trying to connect, i get connection time out
Also hosting a new york server for xbox and i cannot connect either, " Cannot Retrieve Address "

Hold off one minute. I'm trying to configure it at the moment, I keep getting an error "Unable to query info" when I try to launch the game.
Same issue here. The server shows as Active, but we cant even ping it.
