I have used Expert settings ... all the other edits are working Just not the harvesting multiplier edit I set it to 10

check the regular server setting it could be in there as well some cases its in both locations.

try setting both to 10 saving and restarting the server. The best thing to do is getting it running exactly how you want and then switch over to expert mode. For most changes and settings you don't need to be in expert mode.
You can switch back to regular mode but you will lose a lot of settings if you do so. We will figure it out and get your gathering running correctly.

OKay yes thank you ! I am experimenting with settings ... it is a very easy system on both settings . Just need to learn the tweaking

Whats your current harvesting muliplier set to right now ?
Should be 10.0 for 10 times the amount. 1 is default usually at 1 stone.

when you save it do you restart your server after making the changes?

Look closer at your INI file in expert, and the webUI, even look in engine settings
If one has 1 setting, while the other does not it will cancel and default. Its not the server. Its a config or gamefile somewhere.
Being this is a console, I hate to suggest more and you lose all progress.
I would do a full reinstall from scratch, and DONT make ANY ini changes. Test. See if gather shows as one. I suspect it will. Then stop server for 5m, make the change, save, restart. ONLY make the harvesting change in the WEBUI.
Curious when you think you are making this 10 change, when you go back did it change back to 1 visually? If so, that means you didnt let the server shutdown log enough.
Otherwise you probably should contact Nitrado Support. Include everything you have done, and in detail

Rondeau04 - I'm having a very similar issue. I just rented a 30 day 20-slot server and managed to customize my drops the way I wanted. However no matter what I try my harvest amount, taming speed, and player/dino stats per level WILL NOT work! I spent 12 hours trying to figure it out yesterday to no avail. This morning I contacted Nitrado support only to have them refer me to the forums saying they can't help me. Not the best way to treat a (for now) paying customer. I've tried youtube videos, multiple other forum suggestions, and reset my server at least a dozen times with 5-10 minutes in between. Is there anywhere in expert settings that these settings should be specifically? I have not been able to find them and tried adding them manually in ever section under the settings, all attempts proved fruitless.

jpire_1992 have you tried making all these changes before going into expert mode. Its much easier to make them and then test them to make sure they work before you go into expert mode to add the custom drops. And yes they all have to go under certain sections within expert mode.
I wouls suggest starting fresh making the changes and testing them before. Make sure when you go back into expert mode you don't go back to regular mode after as you will lose a bunch of settings.
It's hard to see what's going on without having access to your server.

Juwella99 would you mind sharing what you did to go about fixing it. Might helps other thay come across the same issue.
jpire_1992 Sorry Just seen this ! Okay main thing that makes it not work is doing it tooo fast !!! I reinstalled the server down on the bottom left corner . stayed in general settings made those adjustments , Hit enter to save changes ..... went into the server to see if harvesting ect was working . Stayed in server for about 10 minutes .
Shut down server ... then clicked expert mode . it saves majority of settings from general . from that you go in and change the settings in expert mode game ini ect . DO NOT TOUCH ENGINE SETTINGS EVER .
after I added a few extra like unlock all engrams codes ect hit save . make sure it says saved . once you do this restart your server . repeat as needed .
you only have to reinstall server the 1st time . This now has worked many times . I added stacking codes ect . with keeping my builds and tamed dinos . One thing I know i did , that made me think stacking was not working was having the stuff in your inventory or storage boxes, benches . Just pull them out and place them back and it will stack
