I have tried multiple times to restart the server, even changed the name and still nothing is showing. Tried calling support number but I just keep getting an automated hang up message. The server also shows that it is running but is not on the list.

Is your server doing any type or restarting constantly? You can try to force stop your server. Also is this a brand new server?

no, have had it a few months but I was just about to post that I was able to fix the issue by restoring the last back up.

a backup worked for you? You're server is good and running fine and everyone can see it now?
