Hello I cannot connect to my server, I did all the trouble shooting steps from the forms. Even with the IP address (and even the plus1 bit.) I just cannot log onto it, when I try and connect to it, the server says [Network Failure Message] "Unable to query server info for invite." Please help, I looked on battlemetrics.com to see. It is on, I tired even connecting via Nitrado page. Still nothing, I was playing it before the update, then I left for a bit came back had to update my game . Then I have not been able to connect.

I'm having the same issue. I noticed my Ark server is v309.53 and the current (Easter) version is v310.11. Is there any way to update our paid server to the current Ark version?

You can see the update in your WebUI once it has been applied. Nitrado 'pushes' them.
Continue to be patient until update is rolled out. No ETA.

Our servers will receive the update once nitrado confirms that the WC garbage update is stable. Nitrado doesn't release the updates right away usually because in the very likely event that its a shoddy release it will increase the ticket input and workload for them for nothing

Yes, a similar problem here. I am on PS4 and have installed the latest update from WC. When I go to Unofficial PC Servers, only a small number of the usually available servers is listed. Mine, and another I play on is not listed. I guess Nitrado are currently updating the servers and I'll see mine, and the missing others, reappear as the updates roll out. So I patiently sit and wait, and in the meantime I will play some No Man's Sky, which got an update yesterday too.
Oh. and one bit of good news: WC have finally fixed the annoying settings bug on PS4! w00t!

My server has been sitting in "updating" "A new update will be installed now" for probably over an hour now. Is this normal or should i force retart. New to this and don't want to mess it up.

Patch was released and applied.
This thread was for the original topic.
If you have issues since the update like a wipes: try a backup recovery from the latest save file prior to the update. Its what WC always suggests.
If server is stuck, try a force reboot.
Other wise either start a new topic thread or if 'server/hardware' related contact Nitrado Support by creating a ticket.
Note that tickets are typically picked up with 24hrs. But as most of the world is aware, their is a crisis worldwide and tickets may be delayed longer than normal.
Have patience.
this may also be a good time for those learning how to run a server or config to do more research. ie: google searches, youtube, posting in community forums like here.
