Good afternoon. ARK server: Survival Evolved (Xbox One). The server is active, but it is not displayed in the list of servers. Server filter: official PC sessions. Help me find my server.

Same here - the server says 797.2 - but xbox release is 797.11. Is this the issue? do Microsoft need to update the game their end?

Nitrado's main page is down. Let them some time to fix the issue. They are normally very fast with this

I am having the same issue where I simply cannot find the server while on my Xbox. I know it exists because I found it by searching its ip through steam however nothing I do seems to pop it up for my xbox. I have my filters for the correct map, password protected, and unofficial pc servers set and for the past two days it has said "no session found." Also..... everytime I call the support line I am hung up on in addition to sitting on hold for a hour yesterday just to be hung up on and told to go find the answer somewhere else.

It appears you purchased a pc server not an xbox server this is why you're not finding it on your xbox. To purchase an xbox server it has to be done through the Nitrado app on the xbox one itself.

I bought the server through the Nitrado app from the Microsoft Store. I can not find my server on XBOX.
Shows you're running xbox now. was PC before sorry. Can you check to make sure you server is up and running as well. Or that is isnt restarting it anything along those lines.

KuperBarret can you make sure your server is started. If you're making these changes on regular mode you dont have to stop your server to make them you can simply make the changes and restart the server.

The server disappears from the list of servers when you change the language to Russian.
So only when you change it to russian. Let me see what I can find out.

Still not appearing on server lists. Definately bought the XBOX one server - it says it on the top to the web interface.
Restarted the server several times - not appearing on the lists. Seached using the server finder websites, not appearing on the lists.
Any ideas - as this is currently money paid for a service I am not receiving.

I am having the same issue. I purchased it on my xbox with the Nitrado App, it shows as purchased and everything. I changed a few settings for my server on the browser (including the name) then restarted it. I can't find it when I search for it through the xbox to join the server. It says it is up and running, I even tried restarting it 2 more times. No dice.
I was super excited to learn about renting a server because running with my xbox was a big pain.
Hopefully someone can help figure this out- maybe there is a patch coming through or something?
