A few previous host's will not let me use a modified .exe that disables Battleye so that me and my friends can play , am i able to use it on this service?

I dont think so BE will allow any modified exe as it's considered Injection, you may end up getting VAC banned

I find it hard to belive, that any host would allow modified .exe files, because that is against BI's Game Content Usage Rules.

BE disabled no other player will join, HWID banned mostly could be due to Injections, Trainer, Reverse engineering to game memory itself which is not recommended, If you believe you're accidentally HWID banned you can appeal at BattlEye – The Anti-Cheat Gold Standard » Support
