Hi all,
I took a server 4 slots, 2days ago, and we have tested to play with 2 others friends, the server didn't work and just freeze every 10minutes, impossible to open the doors, loot the items or use everything.
So we thought it was the performances of the server, so we upgraded it to a 8 slots to upgrade the performances. But nothing change.
It works perfectly when we play at 2 players, but everytime we are 3, the server freeze and disconnect us. Have you an idea of which is the bug ?
I don't understand why the server only crash when we're 3, not when we're 2. We tested: player A with player B, player B with player C and player A with player C and it all work. When we connect players A, B and C together: server freeze, and disconnect us.
We already made a ticket in the support, but no reply since yesterday. Please help us if you can, we just want to play with 2 friends.

Any mods? If so, try diasbling them.

Try to reinstall, If issue persist then you will need to wait for Support ticket to be replied, Due to overwhelmed request there may be a delay in response, hope for the best & be patient

hi, i ordered a server yesterday and encountered the same issues as described by OP. So i followed the advice given here and did a reinstall. server ran for about an hour and a half and now i got another server freeze, no interaction with the world possible, rejoining after a disconnect impossible. Since the reinstall didn't work, what are the next steps (i'm not running any mods)
