You have to enter in the password everytime, it doesnt save your previous entry. One thing i wished for on nitrado is the ability to have a main server that all the clusters can connect to without the outside clusters being able to connect each other, i wanted to start a faction type ark server. anyways, if you want to connect your passworded server and your non-passworded server, it works. so if youre on the non passworded server and want to transfer to the passworded server, when you are in the transmitter or obelisk and click the transfer server button, the server filter will pop up, you will need to check the "show password protected" box on the bottom left. when you want to transfer from your passworded server to your non-passworded server you will need to uncheck that box.

Yes you asked if it was possible to removed the password and transfer. The answer is no because you need to restart the server for that to take effect. Thus making your server accessible by everyone for a few minutes of time.
