as said in the title the site says the server is online but steam says the server is not responding.
on servercheck it says every works.
it doesnt work with any port that you can use

Try using the correct Ip.
Query with steam is IP + Port, with increase by 1.
So if your port is 27105, try using 27106.

We did that. I increased it with 1 and also tried to add the server to the steam favorites. I even tried the 3 option.

Try using HLSW?
If you put in the IP, it will autodetect its port#.
Or have you tried a server name search at BattleMetrics.com?
Being on the left no map name is listed, your server is not fully up.

thanks for your time by the way! We are checking battlemetrics.com tried it on servername and IP adress but it doesn't find it. What is HLSW?

HLSW - Game Server Browser and Administration Tool just an app you can put on your PC.
But if Battlemetrics didnt find it and the server has been up for at least 24hrs, I am not too sure its really up. Have you tried direct connecting from the Nitrado WebUI?

Then I will wait for 24 hours because it hasn't been that long yet. The dashboard said it would take a couple of minutes so I figured it should be working

No, Battlemetrics.com typically do not show the servers for that long.
As for a Nitrado server, if you see the IP and the map on the left, its up.
If you dont, check your mods. Check the logs. If that all fails and you dont want to wait you can try a reinstall.
Otherwise you will need to create a ticket with Nitrado Support.

I see no map on the left, I am not using mods. I checked the log but no idea what I should see there. I will try to reinstall! Alas tried to reinstall but still the same.
