Ark server won’t show up in list. We’ve updated everything, reset modem/router, hard reset Xbox.. still won’t show. Help please! We just want to play.

Sounds like for the most part you have done what would have been suggested.
If this is a new server, try a reinstall if you like.
If you havent already please contact Nitrado Support.

You should see a message in your WebUI. It was there yesterday. Nitrado Support thanks everyone for their patience. As everyone is aware, a lot is going in the world. Expect delays.
Also the online world is seeing record numbers of those connected and gaming from all games and communities.
You will need to wait for Support to get back to you.
