So i bought a dayz 10 slot private server on the Xbox app but it wouldn't process at all i have paid for it. I tried restarting the app to see if that would fix it and it told me to redeem the server but it wouldn't let me or show up with a redeem option. Tried to log in and out and nothing works. Just would like to fix and get the server up and running for my friends and I.

when you sign into the Nitrado Xbox App does it say unfulfilled purchase? If yes you just have to pick the hosting location the game and then go to 10 slots and it should say $.0.00

do you have access to a windows 10 pc by any chance. You can downloading the Nitrado app form the windows store to see if this works

I have the app on my laptop but it still doesn't work just says to redeem but i can't scroll down to redeem. Not sure if the option is there or not as everything comes up grey. So i can't buy another or do anything, Honestly have given up.
I would submit a support ticket and have support take a look at everything.

Same problem over here.
Yesterday I bought a 20 slots server for 90 days, when I go ingame won’t find my server.
Server is paid, even the app says server started..... don’t know we’re but not on Dayz. (Xbox one).
24 hours later still no server....
did I do something wrong?
