Could not retrieve address

Just bought and set up a server, trying to join and its telling me "Could not retrieve address". Ive restarted the server and my game multiple times. I'm hoping this won't be a common theme with this server hosting company, not a very good first impression.

This sounds like a first time server for you. If so, try an reinstall. At times the install can hang.

Yes it is a first time server, how would I go about reinstalling? Would it just be the Nitrado app or something else, I am on Xbox if that helps.

Log in at your WebUI, in your services, select your server. Bottom left says "reinstall". Click on that.
