Can't ride my pteranodon on Ragnarok

Me and my friends cant ride our pteranodon but can ride other dinos. Anyone know how to fix this bug? We are on Ragnarok if that changes anything.

make sure you have the filters on Genesis checked off on your server settings then save and restart the server. Let me know if this works

Where are the genesis settings located?

If its genesis missions, tek power suit, and genesis building in mission area those are all turned off. I also tried bForceCanRideFliers=True" in game ini and gameusersetting.ini
