I've tried everything. Me and few other friends are trying to do a cross platform server, Myself on PC and 3 other guys on Xbox. No one can see server and server is up and running. CHanged the server name to different stuff and restarted/saved all that. still nothing. Help pls

Could you please give the pinned thread at the top of this section a quick look. Make sure you've done everything in that thread. Also make sure you're using window 10 version of Ark for crossplay the steam version will not work. Another thing is to make sure you have the correct stuff checked off like Map, pvp,pve stuff like that can be overlooked easily. Please keep me updated
If this problem still persists you will most likely have to submit a ticket.

if you are able to connect through steam then you seem to have purchased PC server. you have to purchase the xbox server directly through the nitrado app that you download from the Microsoft store on you xbox one. How did you purchase the server. Was it via the xbox one app , via the website or phone app?

Yes you should be able to. Please fill out a support ticket as soon as soon as possible explaining to them what happened. You wont be able to swap a server you will mostly get a refund for the amount you spent. You will gave to purchase a new server via the xbox one app.
If you need any help on setting up your xbox server don't hesitate to ask. Please make sure to get the xbox server from the nitrado app that's on your xbox itself.

So i got credited 13.00$ and on the microsoft store doesnt give me an option to use the credit. Its making me pay for the actual server again.
Yes you have to Fill out a support ticket to be refunded the amount and you have to pay for a new server to use on the xbox one. Even when adding time to the server you need to do it via the xbox one app. You cannot use credit or add anytime using the phone app or website.

You cannot use the credits toward an xbox server. You need to purchase the xbox server full price. You must submit a ticket explaining what happened and ask them for a refund for the amount you were credited and the amount it applied towards the server for however long it was running. I'm not sure how much you paid orginally.
Unfortunately using the credit for an xbox server is not an option. Everything is done through the app and Microsoft. Only for xbox servers that is.
