DayZ XB1 - (Kicked from game - Timeout)

You confirmed by trying to join your server using hotspot from your mobile and it worked

You tried joining your Home Internet using your ISP provider connection failed

Have you tried joining other Community server using your ISP? If that worked it's highly likely that your Server IP is blacklisted by your ISP provider

If you're able to to join Community Private server using your ISP (Not Hotspot) then highly likely by switching to another Gameserver IP will possibly resolve your Issue

Part of my IRL job as Network Administrator for ISP provider I've seen this happened (Not dayz specific) but numerous other game, So what support staff is trying to elaborate is this I believe to help you to narrow down the issue, Worth a try!

When you reinstall and having same issue check if the Server IP is same, Most like it will be, If yes then try to get a new server that should solve the issue, Let us know how it goes, Keep support ticket updated of what you doing incase if this solve the issue you can request to cancel the 1st server you purchased
