Staff has mentioned that they are aware of the long install times, but saying Nitrado sucks aint really helping your case, and as some others suggested as a reason: Maybe it's due to a big amount of rentals at the same time, it could be a number of reasons.
But seriously, get off your high horse and let the staff try to figure things out, and also, they stated, that long installs wont affect you rental time, and as a final note, if Nitrado trully sucked so much, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be the official server provider for ARK.

I'm closing this thread at its almost a year old and wouldn't be related to anything happening at the current time.
If your server is stuck loading I would suggest contacting support. It could have possibly gotten hung up during the process. You can use the support link located at the bottom of the page.
